摘  要:采用水/环己烷/Triton X–100/正己醇四元油包水体系,通过微乳液法制备了纳米 ZrO2粉体。用 X 射线衍射、透射电镜等表征所制备的纳米粉体,重点研究表面活性剂含量对 ZrO2纳米粒子结构与性能的影响,分析产生团聚的原因,并提出改进措施。结果表明:所制备的纳米单斜相 ZrO2粉体的晶粒尺寸可控制在 15 nm 左右;随表面活性剂含量的增加,晶粒的尺寸有所减小,团聚现象亦有所减少。Zirconia nano-powder was prepared by a microemulsion method using a water-in-oil system of water/cyclohexane/Triton X-100/hexyl alcohol. The as-prepared nano-powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The influence of surfactant content on the structure and properties of the zirconia nano-particles was investigated. The causes of agglomeration were analyzed, and some methods were suggested to reduce agglomeration. The results show that the size of m-ZrO2nano-particles are controlled within about 15 nm. In addition, with the increase of the surfactant content, the size of the nano-particle is decreased and agglomeration is also reduced.
