摘  要:通过芦笋9个品种1.8 hm2大田实地调查,发现芦笋雄株中的雄性系两性株132株,有5个品种未发现雄性系两性株,玛丽华盛顿500W、Uc72各发现1株,西德全雄发现18株,鲁芦笋1号发现112株,并对发现的芦笋雄性系两性株进行目测和镜检观察,结果表明:应选择白色或黄白色的根尖,用1 mmol/L 8-羟基喹啉进行预处理5 h;解离用1 mol/L盐酸60℃恒温处理18 min效果最好;采用合理的压片方法,用双目显微镜可观察到二倍体和四倍体染色体。In this paper, 9 asparagus varieties were investigated in 1.8 hm^2 field. The results showed that there were 132 andromonoecious asparagus plants including one Mary Washington plant, one Uc72 plant, 18 West Germany plants, and 112 Lu Asparagus NO. 1, and no andromonoecious plants were found in 5 varieties. At the same time, the found andromonoecious plants were observed by microscope,and the results indicated that white or yellow-white root tip should be choosed to pretreat 5 h in 1 mmol/L 8-hydroxy quinoline;it was optimum to dissociating 18 minutes at 60℃ constant temperature in 1 mmol/L HCl;the diploid and tetraploid chromosomes could be observed by binocular microscope with proper squash method.
