摘 要:通过对泡沫玻璃混合料包覆改性、添加石墨发泡剂以及预压成型的实验研究,对烧结成型的泡沫玻璃密度、平均孔径、最大孔径和最大孔径气泡所占比例进行测试,以期获得高性能的泡沫玻璃。试验结果表明:添加2%的有机酸能均匀地包覆在玻璃混合粉料,明显提高粉料的流动性、自然堆积密度和发泡均匀;添加2%的石墨发泡剂也明显改善泡沫玻璃的发泡均匀性,其平均气孔孔径为1mm;预压成型对泡沫玻璃平均气孔孔径影响不大,但可以改善局部大气孔的存在。In order to obtain foam glass with high performance, the density, average and the maximum pore diameter, the biggest bubble and their proportion of sintering formed foam glass are tested by experimental study on wrapping and modification of foam glass admixture, adding graphite foaming agent and pre-press forming. The result of experiments showed that adding 2% organic acid can homogeneously wrap the glass admixture and obviously increase powder flowing property and natural stacking density as well as homogeneous foaming; adding 2% graphite foaming agent can also evidently improve foaming homogeneity of foam glass, and its average pore diameter is lmm; pre-press forming has little influence on average pore diameter of foam glass, but it can improve partial existence of large pores.
