摘　　要：文章给出了一种基于BREW平台的移动媒体服务系统设计方案。用户通过BREW手机终端访问系统媒体服务器下载视频短片,进行本地播放。首先分析了移动媒体服务系统结构,然后阐述了编码服务器端对媒体编码处理过程,媒体服务器的通信协议设计,最后详细介绍了BREW客户端媒体播放器的实现方法和关键技术。This article provides a solution for BREW--based wireless media service system. Users can access the media server,download the clips.and play them through BREW mobile. It firstly explains the structure of the system, then demonstrates the process of media encoding in the encoding server side and the design of communication protocol in the media server side. Finally it introduces the development of media player for BREW mobile in detail.
