摘 要:比照激光技术在机械加工行业的应用与发展,概述了激光加工技术在纺织行业中的应用情况。对其应用领域和技术类别进行了归纳,并介绍了各类技术的开发应用现状。这些技术涉及激光裁剪、激光雕刻、激光切割、激光缝纫、激光变形、激光改性、激光固色、激光漂白、激光防伪等。研究认为,激光技术在纺织行业的应用具有潜在发展前景,在国际市场上具有不可忽视的竞争力,我国纺织行业应积极关注该技术在国内外的发展动向。Compared with the application and development of laser technology used in mechanical process, the summarization of the current status of laser technology application in textiles processing is conducted. An introduction to the classification of the laser technology applied to textiles processing involves laser cutting, laser carving, laser incision, laser sewing, laser transmutation, laser modification, laser dye fixation, laser bleaching, and laser anti-counterfeit. It is suggested that in consideration of its potential prospect of development and considerable competitive power on international market, the textile industry should strengthen the research on laser technology and pay close attention to the developing trend.
