摘  要:目的研究扶正护脑胶囊对脑出血大鼠血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)和心肌内皮素(ET)的影响及其作用机制。方法80只动物随机分为假手术组、模型组、扶正护脑胶囊组和安宫牛黄丸组,分别于术前及术后6h、24h、72h四个时相点取材,分别采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)和放免的方法检测血清cTnⅠ和ET。结果血清cTnI:术后6h安宫牛黄组丸优于扶正护脑组(P<0.05);术后24h,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后72h扶正护脑组优于安宫牛黄丸组(P<0.05)。心肌ET:术后6h、24h安宫牛黄丸组优于扶正护脑组(P<0.05),但术后72h扶正护脑组优于安宫牛黄丸组(P<0.05)。结论扶正护脑胶囊能够减轻脑出血引起的心肌损伤,后期疗效好。Objective To observe the effect of Fuzhenghunao capsule on troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) and endotbelin in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage and to explore its mechanism. Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group, Fuzhenghunao group and Angongniuhuang group, cTn Ⅰ and endothelin of myocardium were tested by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay or radioimmunoassay pre- and post-operation of 6 h,24 h,72 h.Results The cTnI in Angongniuhuang group was better than that in Fuzhenghunao group post - operation of 6 h(P 〈20.05). The effect in Fuzhenghunao group was superior to that in Angongniuhuang post - operation of 72 h (P 〈 0.05). There were no difference between two groups post- operation of 24 h(P 〈 0.05 ). The content of endothelin of myocardium decreased dramatically in Angongniuhuang group, compared with that in Fuzhenghunao group(P 〈 0.05) post - operation of 6 h and 24 h. But the effect ha Fuzhenghunao group was better than that in Angongniuhuang group post- operation of 72 h (P 〈 0.05), Conclusion Fuzhenghunao capsule could protect impaired myocardium with more long time.
