摘 要:对4种煤粉气流无油点火技术的点火机理及其燃烧器进行了研究。等离子体无油点火燃烧器引弧快,燃烧效率高。感应加热无油点火燃烧器可快速加热异型金属通道,满足了煤粉气流的稳燃要求。电加热多级无油直接点火燃烧器系统简单,操作方便,经济性好。激光加热点火技术通过非接触方式来加热煤粉,只加热煤粒本身。The ignition mechanism of four kinds of methods of oil-free ignition for pulverized coal air flow and their burners are studied. The plasma oil-free ignition burner produces an arc quickly and has high combustion efficiency. The induction heating oil-free ignition burner can quickly heat heteromorphic metallic passage to meet the requirement for stable combustion of pulverized coal air flow. The electric heating oil-free ignition burner is simple in system design, easy in operation and low in cost. The laser heating ignition technology heats pulverized coal in heated. an untouched way and the coal particle is only heated.
