摘　　要：为了提高鞍钢新轧钢公司冷轧厂2号生产线的产品质量,结合生产实践,对影响产品表面质量的因素进行了分析研究,采取了一系列措施,对各因素进行了优化,使产品表面质量得到了大幅度改善,冷轧卷清洗后的反射率达到了92%。In order to improve the products quality of No. 2 production line in Cold Rolling Plant of Angang New Steel Co. , Ltd. , a series of measures are adopted with combining the production practice to analyze and research the factors influencing on the products surface quality. Since the factors being optimized, products surface quality are gready improved and the reflectance of cleaned cold rolled coil is up to 92%.
