摘　　要：大公司在成熟阶段的半导体产业中占据了主导地位,但由于技术创新、市场需求,在专用集成电路方面中小型创新公司发挥其创造性设计及制造方面小批量、多品种和快速反应的竞争优势而蓬勃发展富有生命力.硅谷的的社会网络系统对中小型创新公司的成功提供了重要保证.我国在发展高技术产业时,既要建立规模效益好的大公司,也要注意发挥创新小公司的作用及培育社会网络,使高技术产业既获得规模效益又保持旺盛的创新活力.Largecooprations occupy a predominant position in mature se:-miconduetor industry. However, in ASEC Market, MSE firms enjoy uniquecompetitive advantages. This Paper identifies the market featureo of ASIC and points out that the dynamic features of ASIC' such as predo-minance of produef-innovation, short product life circle etc are fa-votable for MSE firms to employ theiv Competitive advantagev in crea-live designing, and manufacturing, so ae to avoid the price Competi- tion of Big company and emergence ofmini -fab are the technological factors which confribute to the success of MSE firms. Meanwhile, basedon the caee study of Silicon Valley, thio paper also analyses the im-portance of Soceal netwo ж to the success of MSE firms.
