摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMM A)-聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PBM A)/T iO2杂化材料,并进行了结构表征和性能研究.以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MM A)为杂化材料的主要成分,引入甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BM A)以改变PMM A/T iO2杂化材料易碎的缺点.实验结果表明:杂化材料中无机相与有机相通过S i-O-T i共价键相连,T iO2的加入增强了聚合物材料的抗紫外性.Sol-gel derived poly (methyl methacrylate-butyl methacrylate)/titania hybrid materials were synthesized by using vinyltriethoxysilane(ETES)as a coupling agent between the organic and inorganic phases. The characterization and the physical properties of the hybrid materials were investigated. The results showed that the interracial interaction have been strengthened, with a typical average inorganic particle size of 5 nm-20 nm. It is also found that the hybrid material is links with Si-O-Ti covalent bond between organic and inorganic phases and its UV shielding properties are greatly improved with titania filled in the hybrids.
