金银木的黄酮类物质分析

摘　　要：测定了金银木花、枝、叶、果的总黄酮含量,依次为叶>果>花>枝;聚酰胺薄膜层析分离该黄酮粗提物,光谱法扫描了该层析洗脱物.并与络欣通药片进行比较,发现金银木叶和络欣通均含有3个黄酮类斑点,其中R f2Luo的光谱扫描图与芦丁一致.说明金银木叶和络欣通中含有类似芦丁样的物质.Flavonoids contents in the flowers,branches,leaves and fruits of lonicera maackii were detected respectively, and the order of their content was the leaves, fruits, flowere and branches. Stratificated by polyamide fiber membrane and scanned by the spectrometers,and three kinds of flavonoids. Rf1Luo,RfzLuo and Rf3Luo existed in L. maackii respectively. The spectrum characterization of the Rf2Luo in L. maackii and Loxinton is similar to that of rutine. It suggests that there are flavonoids matters in the flowers,branches, leaves and fruits of L. rnaackii as well as Loxinton.
