血瘀证患者血浆内皮素测定的临床意义

摘　　要：以血浆内皮素（Ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ，ＥＴ）水平作为血管内皮细胞功能的指标，对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）、心血管疾病、肾脏病共１６２例，进行了ＥＴ测定。其中三组疾病中属血瘀证８７例，非血瘀证７５例。测定结果显示糖尿病组、心血管疾病组、肾脏病组其ＥＴ值分别为５９．５０±３２．２７ｐｇ／ｍｌ、５６．９６±２９．２１ｐｇ／ｍｌ和１０７．５２±９０．１８ｐｇ／ｍｌ，均显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示这些疾病皆存在血管内皮细胞功能的损伤；并发现三组疾病中血瘀证患者的ＥＴ值，皆明显高于非血瘀证组（Ｐ＜０．００１），提示内皮细胞功能异常，亦是血瘀证产生的病理、生理基础。Taking the level of plasma endothelin (ET) as indicator for vascular endothelial cell's function,determination of plasmaendothelin has been made for 162 cases in 3 groups of diseasesincluding non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM),cardio-vascular disease and renal disease,among them,87 cases werediagnosed as blood stasis syndrome and remaining 75 cases as non-bloodstasis syndrome.The ET values determined for the group of diabeticdisease; the group of cardiovascular disease and the group of renaldisease are 59.50±32.27ng/L,56.96±29.21ng/L,and 107.52±90.18ng/L,all of these figures are found remarkably higher than that of thenormal group of control ( P <0.001).The results showed that insufficiance of vascular endothelial cell's function is found in these disease.Meanwhile,the ET value of the patients suffering from these threegroups of disease with blood stasis syndrome is found remarkably higherthan that of the patients of a kind with non-blood stasis syndrome and that of normal group of control ( P <0.001). It was suggested that abnormality of the endothelial cell's function may lay a pathopysiological foundation leading to bloodstasis syndrome.
