《山东精神医学》十年论著分析

摘　　要：目的分析《山东精神医学》1996～2005年10年间刊载的论著文章,以供对该刊的专业水平和刊物特色进行评估时参考。方法用文献计量学方法,统计该刊10年刊载的664篇论著、作者、论著合著率、单位合著情况、论文的空间分布以及引文情况,并作前后5年比较,并对该刊主题内容的医学分类及病种分布进行分析。结果该刊在10年间共刊载论著664篇,平均每年刊载66.4篇。平均著者合作度和单位合作度分别为3.89和1.40,孙振晓、余西金、甘景梨等为论文的核心作者源。后5年国内其他地区的发文量高于前5年,差异有极显著性。后5年引文条数(5.88±2.81)条及引用外文(英文、日文)条数(1.77±2.22)条显著高于前5年(分别为5.40±2.97条、1.18±2.15条)。所刊论著中,基础医学占11.45%、临床医学占66.72%、心理卫生占21.84%。病种分布以精神分裂症(29.67%)、情感性精神障碍(15.06%)及神经症(6.93%)居多。结论《山东精神医学》在国内精神医学领域中有较大的影响力和吸引力,在精神医学研究领域中起着越来越重要的作用。Objective The study was to assess the features of the Shandong Archives of Psychiatry and its role in the psychiatry research field. Methods A total of 664 original articles published in the journal from 1996 to 2005 was analyzed. The features of the articles, such as authors ,authors＇ cooperation rate,institution＇ s cooperation rate,articles＇ location distribution, citation and main contents were analyzed. Results There were 664 articles during the ten years, 66.4 articles were published each year, the author＇s cooperation rate and institution＇s cooperation rate were 3.89 and 1.40 respectively. Nine persons such as Sun Zhenxiao, Yu Xijin, Gan Jingli and so on, were the core authors. The articles from other provinces of the later five years were significantly more than those of the former five years. The average citation amount and the average foreign language citation amount of the later five years were significantly more than those of the former five years. Refering to the main content of the articles , foundational medicine was 11.45%, clinical medicine was 66.72%, and mental health was 21.83%. Conclusion Shandong Archives of Psychiatry has better influence and attraction in the field of national mental health and will continue playing a leading role in this field.
