摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法,引入乙烯基三异丙氧基硅氧烷(C-1706),在(78±2)℃合成了硅氧烷改性丙烯酸醴共聚物乳液.用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和粒度仪分别测定了共聚乳液产物的结构和粒径分布,用透射电镜和扫描电镜测定了乳胶粒子形态和乳胶膜形态,用紫外老化仪测定了乳胶膜的耐老化和耐沾污性能.实验结果表明,采用种子乳液聚合技术可将硅氧烷引入到共聚物大分子中,得到平均粒径为51.8-76.6bn且粒径分布窄的硅氧烷改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其涂膜耐候性和耐沾污性优异.Vinyltriisoproxy siloxane (trade name C-1706)-modified acrylate emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization at reaction temperature of (78±2)℃. The particle size distribution of the emulsion and the structure of copolymer were analyzed by particle size analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), respectively. Configuration of particles and emulsion films were analyzed by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Moreover, the durability and stain-resistance of the coating film were measured by the ultraviolet aging instrument. The measurement results show that the seed emulsion polymerization can be used to introduce the organic-siloxane bonding in the polymer and to obtain the latexes of organic-siloxane modified acrylate copolymer which possess narrow distribution of particle size with mean diameter of 51.8-76.6 nm. The films of the organic-siloxane modified acrylate copolymer obtained possess good performances of weather durability and stain resistance.
