参附脱毒胶囊联合美沙酮戒毒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参附脱毒胶囊联合美沙酮对海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗的疗效及不良反应。方法:对134例自愿戒毒者给予美沙酮替代递减脱毒治疗,减至15 mg·d-1后,随机分成A、B两组。A组:67例,在停用美沙酮6- 8 h后,给予参附脱毒胶囊口服治疗;B组:67例,继续给予美沙酮递减治疗。结果:分组后在控制戒断症状方面,治疗前期(分组后1-2 d)两组相比差异无显著性(P>0．05);治疗后期两组相比差异极其显著(P<0．001);不良反应两组P>0．05。结论:美沙酮联合参附脱胶囊脱毒治疗,临床疗效优于单用美沙酮脱毒治疗,是较佳的脱毒疗法,能有效地提高脱毒成功率。Objective： To observe the efficacy and side effects of methadone combined with antimorphpro capsule in the treatment of heroin addicts. Method： According to a randomized design, 134 heroin addicts were divided into two groups： one group of 67 patients treated with methadone combined with antimorphpro capsule （Group A）, and the other one of 67 patients treated with methadone alone （ Group B）. Result： There were significant differences between the two groups in abstinence syndrome （P 〈0.001 ）. The effect of Group A was better than that of Group B in controlling protracted abstinence. No difference was observed in controlling earlier abstinence and side effects between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Methadone combined with antimorphpro capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of heroin addiction.
