摘  要:随着新型纤维的出现,多组分纤维面料的开发日新月异,其染整加工技术也越来越受到人们的重视。文章就高性能指标的多组分纤维涤/粘/氨纶面料的染整技术进行了系统的研究,将染整新技术在涤/粘/氨纶复合纤维面料的染整过程中进行集成,主要解决多组分弹力织物低温染色中的涤纶染色牢度、氨纶沾色、高效还原清洗、活性染料固色技术、后固色整理以及增深效应等一系列问题。通过一系列技术集成,使多组分纤维面料染整加工的过程工艺流程合理、产品质量稳定、多种纤维的沾色牢度达到3~4级,染料的利用率得到提高。With the emergence of new fibers, multi-fiber fabricis developing by leaps and bounds and the related dyeing andfinishing technology has attracted more attention. The articlecarries out a systematic study on the dyeing and finishingtechniqueso f high-performancep olyester/viscose/spandexfabric. A number of suitable dyeing and finishing technologiesare adopted to solve a series of problems met in the low-temperature dyeing of multi-fiber elastic fabric, such as colorfastness of polyester fiber, staining of spandex, high-perfor-mance reduction clearing, color fixing of reactive dyes, post-color fixing and built-up effect. By combining varioustechnologies, the dyeing and finishing processes have beenoptimized, consistency of product quality improved, colorfastness up to grade 3-4 and dyes are better used.
