摘　　要：世界能源发展趋势表明,人类能源消费从化石能源为主的体系向化石能源与可再生能源并举体系演变的趋势正在加快。国内外大石油公司开始以务实的态度对待全球能源市场的未来,并把发展可再生能源作为实现自身可持续发展的战略选择之一。中国石油企业积极介入和推动可再生能源的开发利用,对加快我国能源结构调整,保障能源供应安全,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会具有重大意义。为加快可再生能源开发利用,应进一步加大投融资力度,加快制定有利于可再生能源发展的财税信贷政策;加快研发具有自主知识产权的新技术和新产品,完善技术标准和规范,推进新技术、新产品的产业化,采取多种措施为可再生能源开发利用提供技术保障;加快机制创新,理顺研发与制造,生产与消费,以及相关行业间的经济利益关系,推动可再生能源开发利用的市场化进程和健康有序的发展。The latest trends in global energy development reinforce the accelerated shift of energy consumption from fossil energy to combined fossil and renewable energies. Big oil companies at home and abroad are starting to take a practical look at the future of the global energy market, and focus on developing renewable energy as one of their strategy choices for sustainable development. The active involvement of Chinese oil companies in the development and application of renewable energy has a profound impact on efforts to speed up energy restructuring, ensure security in energy supply and build a resource-conserving and environmentally-friendly society in China. To speed up the development and applicationof renewable energy, great efforts are required in the form of increased investment in renewable energy development and application; putting in place targeted financial, taxation and credit policies that favor renewable energy development; developing new technologies and products with their own intellectual property rights; improving technical norms and standards; promoting the industrial application of new technologies and products; taking the required steps in providing technical support for development and application; speeding up institutional innovation; clarifying the mutual interest between R&D and manufacturing, between production and consumption, and among related industries; and nurturing the market for development and application of renewable energy, and ensuring its sound and fast expansion.
