两种方法设置标准差的室内质控结果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨以CLIA’88允许误差的三分之一推导出的标准差和实际标准差在生化室内质控的应用价值。方法 以谈院检验科生化室2005年8月份的正常值质控物数据为研究材料，用2～7月份累计的实际标准差和以CLIA’88允许误差的三分之一推导出的标准差的质控结果进行比较。结果 以实际标准差比以CLIA’88允许误差的三分之一推导出的标准差的质控结果失控项目和失控数据明显增多（P〈0．05）。结论 以CLIA’88允许误差的三分之一推导出的标准差范围太宽，造成一些真失控不能检出。建议临床生化检验以累计的实际标准差进行室内质控。Objective To explore actual value on two methods between standard deviation by calculating one third of CLIA＇88 permitted error and actual standard deviation in internal quality control. Methods Internal quality control data of normal quality control material by two methods between standard deviation by calculating one third of CLIA＇88 permitted error and actual standard deviation in August 2005. Results Results of normal quality control material by actual standard deviation were more out control data than that of standard deviation by calculating one third of CLIA＇88 permitted error （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The range of standard deviation by calculating one third of CLIA＇88 permitted error is too large, some real out control data cannot be found. Actual standard deviation is suggested in routine clinical chemistry work.
