红霉素肠溶微丸及其特性研究

摘　　要：采用挤出－滚圆技术制备肠溶红霉素微丸，通过药物体外溶出试验，筛选了不同包衣材料。用分光光度法测定制剂的红霉素含量及体外溶出。加速试验证明用丙烯酸Ⅱ／Ⅲ号混合树脂为衣材制备的肠溶微丸质量是可靠的。本品在ｐＨ１．２盐酸缓冲液中１ｈ时的溶出量低于１０％；在ｐＨ６．８磷酸盐缓冲液中可迅速释放药物，３０ｍｉｎ红霉素累积溶出量可达８０％。s:Erythromycin pellets were prepared by extrusionspheronization process,and coating materials were screened by dissolution tests.The results showed that the enteric pellets coated with a mixture of acrylic resin Ⅱ and Ⅲ were easy to release the erythromycin as soon as they contacted with PH 6.8 buffer.However,only less than 10% drug was released from PH 1.2 HCl solution during 1h.Thus more than 80% of drug in the pellets was found in the two buffers in 30min.
