摘　　要：以五氟苯基填料色谱柱，经ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定紫杉醇原料药的纯度。与苯基色谱柱相比，能提高对紫杉醇与相关紫杉烷的选择性。A modified method for purity testing of the taxol bulk drug by RP-HPLC is reported.The method utillizes a pentafluorophenyl packing material that has greater selectivity for taxol and related taxanes than other reversed phase media tested.Chromatographic conditions;isocratic for 35min at 2ml/min with MeCN/H2O(37:6no),followed by a linear gradient to MeCN/H2O(60:40) at 50min.Detector wavelength was set on UV 227nm.The closely eluting compound x was separated from taxol by the method.Compound y was eluted by increasing the MeCN to 60% after taxol.Both compounds should be regarded as unknown impurities.
