摘　　要：采用Ｇｒａｎ线性函数进行电位滴定，经图解外推或线性回归处理，可直接测定盐酸环丙沙星原料药与片剂含量，该法操作简单、方便，结果满意。The potential titration of Gran linear function followed by the treatment of graphic extrapolation or linear regression can be used directly to the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and its tablets.The handling was simple and convenient.The results have been proven quite satisf actory as compared with the conventional methods.
