摘　　要：现在我国住宅质量保证保险还处于研究和原始发展阶段,本文依据现行的法律法规和建设市场的实际情况,针对住宅质量保证保险的焦点问题进行理论探讨,寻找突破口和发展途径,以推动住宅质量保证保险的健康发展,并促进保险业和住宅产业的良性发展。The insurance and guarantee of residential quality of our country is at the research and original stage at present. This paper, based on the current law and regulation and practical situation of construction market, theoretically investigate the key elements of insurance and guarantee of residential quality to find breach and developmental way facilitating the healthy development of insurance and guarantee of residential quality, and improving the sound development of insurance and residential industry.
