摘 要:目的研究大鼠端脑内核团向黑质的传入纤维联系。方法应用荧光金(Fluorogold,FG)逆行标记法技术将FG泳入一侧黑质,观察双侧端脑内的FG标记细胞分布。结果在泳入区同侧的额叶、颞叶、顶叶、岛叶、伏核、终纹床核、杏仁中央核、隔核、尾壳核、苍白球、腹侧苍白球、脚内核见到FG逆行标记细胞。结论大鼠端脑内存在丰富核团向黑质投射。Objective To explore afferent fibrous connections of the substantia nigra by a labeling technique of fluorogold(FG) retrograde tracing. Method Tje FG were injected into one side of the substanfia nigra, and then observed the distribution of the retrograde labeled cell in the telencephalon of rat. Results The FG retrograde labeled cells were found in the ipsilateral frontal cortex, temporal cortex, parietal cortex,iusula, nucleus accumbens, bed nucleus of the stria terminalis,central amygdaloid nucleus,septal nucleus,caudate putamen, gtobus pallidus, ventral pallidus, entopeduncular nucleus, parafascicular thalamic nucleus, ventralmedial hypothalamic nucleus, lateral tuberal nucleus. Conclusions There are abundant nucleus within the tdencephalon projecting to the substantia in the rat.
