摘  要:根据4A沸石共助剂体系在无磷洗衣粉中的应用问题,介绍了一些研究成果。指出4A沸石与水玻璃复合物喷雾干燥后与钙离子结合能力的下降主要是水玻璃受热失水后溶解度下降造成的,喷粉温度越高,影响越大。在我国洗涤条件下,相对分子质量4000~35000的聚丙烯酸钠和丙烯酸一马来酸酐共聚物能够显著抑制CaCO3的结晶度及颗粒大小,此抑制作用随聚合物分子质量的降低而增加。因此,对我国4A沸石基的无磷洗衣粉,根据实际使用情况,还需进一步做更深入的研究。另外,层状二硅酸钠独特的性能受到人们的喜爱,但要在我国全面推广使用还应该有可靠的质量保证与能够接受的价格。Recent research work results on 4A zeolite builder system for phosphate free laundry powder were reviewed. The decline of Ca^2+ binding capacity of the 4A zeolite - sodium silicate blend after spray drying is due to the loss of water in the sodium silicate during heating in the drying process and causing the decline of solubility of the sodium silicate. The higher the temperature in the drying process, the bigger the influence on the Ca^2+ binding capacity. In accordance with the laundry conditions in China, acrylic acid polymer sodium salt and/or acrylic - maleic acid co- polymer sodium salt of MW 4 000 - 35 000 can be used to inhibit the crystallinity and particle size of CaCO3, while the inhibiting action will increase as the MW decreases. Obviously, further work is needed to be done in this field to meet the requirement of the consumers. In addition, the crystalline layered sodium disilicate is interested by many people due to its outstanding performance. However quality control and cost effectiveness of the product needs to be improved in order to get its successful popularized application in China.
