摘  要:以全氟溶剂为介质,硫酸为催化剂,研究在不移走反应生成物的条件下,等摩尔羧酸和醇的酯化反应。结果表明,与不用全氟溶剂相比,以全氟壬烯为溶剂时酯化反应回流温度低10~37℃,收率在90%以上,提高了10%~47%。等摩尔乙酸和正丁醇在硫酸催化下,80℃回流1.5h,5次反应平均收率达98.5%。反应物料后处理简单,氟溶剂和催化剂硫酸回收方便,可直接套用。It was studied that esterification of equal-molecular carboxylic acid and alcohol catalysed by conc. sulfuric acid was conducted in perfluorous solvent without removing any product in the process of reaction. Compared with the reaction without perfluorous solvent, perfluorous nonene reduces the temperature of esterifications by 10 - 37 ℃, and raises the yield by 10% - 47%. Yields of the esters are higher than 90%. Thus, equal-molecular acetic acid and n - butanol was refluxed in perfluorous nonene at 80 ℃ for 1.5 h,and the average yield of 5 runs was 98.5%. The aftertreatment was simple. The perfluorous solvents and catalyst sulfuric acid were recovered by simple phase separation and reused directly in next run.
