摘　　要：目的研究马来酸曲美布汀缓释片的体外释药影响因素。方法以紫外分光光度法为分析方法,研究马来酸曲美布汀缓释片体外释放度。结果马来酸曲美布汀缓释片的体外释药符合Higuchi和Ritger Peppas释放规律,释药速率受HPMC的规格及用量、乳糖用量、制片工艺、片剂硬度等各种因素的影响。结论体外释药规律符合缓释制剂要求,可进一步进行体内释药行为考察。Objective To study the factors which influence drug in vitro release of trimebutine maleate sustained-release tablets. Methods UV spectrophotometry was used as analytical method. The regularity and effect factors of drug release behavior in vitro were studied. Results The drug release profiles（0-12 h） in vitro were best described by Higuchi and Ritger-Peppas kinetics equation. The factors influencing drug release included the type and the amount of matrix material, the amount of lactose, the preparation method and the hardness of tablets etc. Conclusions The drug release in vitro followed the requirements of the sustained release formulation. The drug release in vivo can be carried on in the further test.
