摘 要:提出了具体变频器主电路和控制电路的设计方案,利用输出电流完成了永磁同步电动机转速自动跟踪,采用高功率因数控制,实现了永磁同步电动机自适应U/f曲线控制.对永磁同步电动机的并网控制进行了研究,根据负载情况估测永磁同步电动机定子电压相位,实验测试曲线表明并网过程定子电压曲线过渡平滑,基本无冲击.对永磁同步电动机的变频器进行了样机实验,结果证明性能良好,完全能满足抽油机永磁同步电动机的要求.The design scheme is proposed for major circuit of transducer and its control circuit. The automatic tracking to PMSM is achieved with output current. Adaptive U/f control is made through high power factor control. The grid-connected control of PMSM is studied by estimating the voltage phase of PMSM S stator under different loading conditions. The experimental test shows that the stator~ voltage curve is smooth in the process of grid connection without any impact. The prototype experiment of PMSM transducer is conducted. The result shows good performance and satisfaction of requirement to PMSM in pumping unit.
