摘　　要：学校照片档案是学校档案的重要组成部分,其作用是纸质档案无法取代的,其价值品位与时俱长.因此,必须提高照片档案的管理水平,使照片档案的管理工作向更深层次发展.本文从照片档案的收集、整理、保护三方面论述了强化照片档案管理的重要作用.Photograph files is an impontant part of school files, it can not be replaced by paper files, it can be kept longer. So, in order to develop the management of photograph files, we must improve the management level of it. Three aspects are expounded in this article： the collection, arrangement and protection of photograph files.
