摘 要:针对云浮硫铁矿致密块状矿石的工艺特性,在不磨矿的条件下,采用分级、粗粒跳汰-细粒螺旋的重选工艺流程,当原矿含硫28.03%时,获得了含硫37.11%、回收率为84.06%的选别指标,该工艺流程简单、设备投资小、生产成本低,是处理难选低品位硫铁矿有效的手段。According to the characteristics of the compact and lumpy ores from pyrite deposit in Yunfu, a combined heavy separation process of grading-coarse jigging-spiral concentration for fine grains is employed under a condition without grinding. For the crude ore containing 28.03% sulphur, the concentration indexes of 22.37% sulphur, grade and 84.06% recovery are obtained. This process has the advantages of simple operation, low equipment investment, low production cost, and is an effective way to treat refractory low grade pyrite.
