摘 要:针对齐大山赤铁矿含硅高的特点,采用GE-609作捕收剂,淀粉作抑制剂,反浮选硅酸盐矿,获得了铁精矿品位67.12%、回收率83.55%的良好指标,并可实现常温浮选,与阴离子反浮选工艺比较,阳离子反浮选可以降低选矿成本。In the right of the characteristic of hematite from Qida mountain , which are containing large quantities of silicate, using GE-609 as collector and starch as depressing agent to reverse float silicate ores,we get the satisfa.ctory results of the grade of concentrates and the recovery being 67.12% and 83.55% respectively. Furthermore, it is the room temperature under which the ores are processed. Accordingly, compared with an ion reverse flotation craftwork, the technology is a economical approach of saving costs.
