摘　　要：合肥市中老年妇女休闲内容传统,经济能力有限,休闲时间偏少,内容单调。提高合肥市中老年妇女社会休闲质量:个体须改变观念,创造条件;政府在休闲政策、基础设施和建设资金方面大力支持;社区在社会休闲组织、引导和宣传等方面要发挥有效的作用。The leisure enjoyed by the aged and mid-aged women in the city of Hefei is insufficient both in time and quality because of the condition of eeonimics .In order to better this situation what should be done is the following： to change the ideas of those women,to build the fitable enviromment; money invested to the infrastructure by the govemnent; leisure activities organized,being publisized and directed by the commumity unit.
