摘  要:对湖南某钒矿进行室内浸出试验,确定了该矿石经预处理后,矿石浸出率大为提高,浸出时间也缩短,同时也确定了浸出率与浸出时间、温度、液固比、预处理温度、预处理时间等的关系。试验结果表明,矿石经预处理、添加助浸剂后,浸出率由原来的50%提高到87%左右,浸出时间也由原来的20小时缩短为15小时。Carry on to some mineral of vanadium in Hunan indoor leaching to experiment, make sure the mineral' s stone after prepare the processing, leaching a rate greatly for exaltation, leaching a time to also shorten, made sure to leach a rate to leach a time, temperature at the same time, the liquid is solid than, prepare to handle the temperature, prepare to handle time etc. relate to , experimenting the result make known: The mineral' s stone is after prepare the processing and add to helpful-preparation leaching a rate from originally 50^ raises to 87 % or so, leaching a time to also shorten to 15 hours from original 20 hours
