摘　　要：包钢新建2×8 m2竖炉控制系统采用浙江中控SUPCON ECS-100集散控制系统。本控制系统实现了机械设备自动运行外,利用系统功能在实现燃烧自寻优控制和提高配料精准程度方面做出了初步的尝试,并取得了较好的效果,达产后创造出预期的经济效益。SUPCON ECS- 100 was adopted in the new 2 × 8 m^2 shaft furnace BISG. The DCS system achieved mechanical equipments operation automatically. In addition, by using control system functions, the first attempt was made to fulfill self- seeking optimum temperature control and improved the burden accuracy, as well as to achieve the fairly good results. The system reached the production capacity and created the expected economic benefit.
