摘　　要：详细比较了西洋参与生晒参的HPLC图谱，利用其图谱差异并结合人参皂忒Rb1的含量可对两者从外观难以区别的样品做出准确的鉴定，完成了数拾批检品分析，准确率达100％。HPLC maps of Panax quinqueflius L. and sundried Ginseng (P. ginseng) were compared in detail. Theirdifferences together with the amount of Rb1 ginsenoside present in the samples can be used to differentiate thetwo kinds of Ginseng with ease and accuracy.
