摘 要:采用高频感应加热可以在低碳钢表面熔覆一层耐磨材料,熔剂对覆层与基体的结合、覆层表面成形、脱渣性等工艺性能起着决定性的作用。本文探讨了熔剂对高频熔覆工艺性能的影响。在Fe基Cr13Ni2B合金粉末中加入适量的焊剂431、硼酐及氟化物,可以有效地去除粉料表面的氧化物,降低其熔点,促进粉料与基体的结合,形成一层脱渣容易、表面成形美观且与基体形成牢固冶金结合的耐磨覆层,覆层厚度可以达到2.5mm。High-frequency induction heating can be used to obtain a wear-resisting layer on the surface of Iow-carbon steel. Effects of weIding fluxes on technoIogic properties, such as the combination abiIity of the Iayer with the base metal, surface quaIity, detachabiIity, were studied. Adding the right amount of weIding flux 431, boric anhydride, fluorites into the alloy powder can remove the oxide of powder material surface, and reduce the melting point of the powder efficientIy, and faciIitate the combination of the powder and the steeI, and flnaIIy get a wear-resisting Iayer with expectant thickness which can get to 2.5mm, and the sIag on it can easily brush off. The Iayer whose surface is fine can aIso joint the underside steeI firmly.
