摘 要:用高速火焰喷涂方法制备出Fe-15Al/45Cr3C2、Fe-15Al/15Cr3C2、Fe-15Al/15WC三种复合涂层,对三种涂层在温度300℃、冲蚀角分别为30°和90°下的抗冲蚀性能进行了研究,并利用扫描电镜对冲蚀后涂层的表面形貌进行分析。结果表明,在300℃下Fe-15Al/45Cr3C2复合涂层抗冲蚀性能最好,Fe-15Al/15Cr3C2复合涂层优于Fe-15Al/15WC复合涂层;三种涂层都表现出脆性冲蚀特征,但Fe-15Al/45Cr3C2复合涂层表现出一定的塑性冲蚀特征,本文称之为“准塑性冲蚀”,大量Cr3C2增强相的加入是其主要原因;冲蚀角对涂层抗冲蚀性能有较大影响。Three Fe-Al composite coatings (Fe- 15Al/45Cr3C2, Fe- 15Al/15Cr3C2, Fe-15Al/15WC) were made in the 20 steel by HVFS. The erosion resistance of three composite coatings was researched at 300℃, at the impingement angle of 30°and 90°. Three coatings surface were analyzed by SEM. The results show that Fe-15Al/45Cr3C2 composite coating's property of anti-erosion is the best, Fe-15Al/15Cr3C2 better than Fe-15Al/15WC, at 300℃. Three coatings show that the erosion mechanism is brittleness, but Fe-15Al/45Cr3C2 show that the erosion mechanism is quasi-plastic erosion, the chief reason is a lot of joined Cr3C2 reinforced phase. The effect of impingement angle on the erosion resistance is great.
