摘  要:通过ANSYS有限元分析软件,采用热-应力直接耦合分析法对低碳钢中厚板埋弧焊焊接温度场与应力场进行了模拟分析,并比较了单面双层焊、正反双面依次焊和正反双面同时焊三种焊接工艺过程对接头焊接残余应力的影响。The stress field and temperature field of SAW for the medium plate of low carbon steel were simulated using direct coupled-field analysis by ANSYS finite-element analysis software. The effects of the process of the single side double-pass welding ,double side double-pass welding which were finished at the same time and in the ordinal time on welding residual stress of joint were analyzed and compared.
