摘　　要：目的分析黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征(LUFS)患者黄体期卵巢动脉的经阴道彩色多普勒超声特点。方法选择20例LUFS患者,30例有正常排卵周期的健康妇女,用彩色多普勒超声分析其排卵期和黄体期卵巢动脉的阻力指数(RI)和收缩期最高流速(Vmax)。结果正常组黄体期卵巢内动脉RI明显降低,与对侧卵巢相比参数有明显差异(P<0.01)。LUFS组黄体期RI升高,Vma降低,与正常组对比有明显差异(P<0.01),而与对侧卵巢相比参数相近(P>0.05)。结论LUFS患者黄体期卵巢动脉的彩色多普勒血流参数有明显改变,对判断LUFS黄体期的卵巢功能提供诊断依据。Objective To analyse the characteristics of the ovarian artery blood flow of luteal phase in patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome （LUFS） by transvaginal color Dopper ultrasonography （TV-CDUS）. Methods The ovarian artery resistance index （RI） and maximum peak systolic velocity （Vmax） in ovulation and follicular luteal phase in 20 patients with LUFS and in 30 healthy controls were meatured via TV-CDUS. Results In the control group, compared with the contralateral overy, the RI of the ovarian artery was significantly decreased in the luteal phase （P〈0.01）. In the LUFS group, compared with the contral group, the RI of the ovarian artery was significantly increased and the Vmax was decreased in the luteal phase （P〈0.01）, but were similar to the own contralteral side （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions In the patients with LUFS in the luteal phase, the ovarian artery RI was significantly higher, and CDUS may predict the function capacity of the corpus luteum.
