摘  要:目的:通过研制有限接触式钛网管,并将其作为内固定材料,观察其对兔股骨干缺损模型的修复作用。方法:实验于2002-03/2005-03在西安交通大学第二医院骨病研究室进行。①取10对(20根)新鲜新西兰大白兔股骨干,在右侧股骨干中部制造10mm完全性骨缺损,用钛网管将缺损两侧牢固固定(钛网管固定组),以左侧股骨干作为单纯股骨组,不作处理。进行钛网管力学测试。②另取48只新西兰大白兔,于兔左后肢股骨干中段截除10mm,建立兔股骨干缺损模型。③采用随机数字法随机分为2组:仿生骨组:采用多孔羟基磷灰石-牛骨形态形成蛋白仿生骨+钛网管固定修复骨缺损;钛网管加自体髂骨组:自体髂骨移植+钛网管固定修复骨缺损。④观察兔术后1,2,4,6,8,12周一般情况,检测血碱性磷酸酶含量,拍摄X射线片,进行病理组织切片观察以及电镜等观察。结果:钛网管力学测试结果:钛网管固定组轴向极限载荷与单纯股骨组差异无显著性[(266.9±85.2),(249.5±96.0)N,P>0.05],说明钛网管固定强度达到正常兔股骨干强度。48只新西兰大白兔全部进入结果分析。①术后一般观察结果:术后实验动物的进食饮水、大小便情况良好,均在2d内恢复走动,步态无明显异常。患肢肿胀在1周内基本消退,直到处死前均未见畸形发生、伤口局部无红肿、硬结、渗出和其他感染迹象。②血清碱性磷酸酶浓度检查结果:两组数据在统计学上差异无显著性。③X射线片观察结果:两组在复位效果,固定效果和骨痂形成等方面没有明显的差别。钛网管固定稳定,不干扰外骨痂形成过程。④病理组织切片检查结果:两组在成骨细胞数量,破骨细胞数量,新生骨面积等方面差异无显著性。结论:①钛网管完全能对抗侧方剪切式应力,减少轴向加压作用,适宜骨组织的弹性模量。②钛网管为不同来源的骨缺损填充物(自体髂骨和仿生骨)均�AIM: To investigate the effect of rabbit femoral shaft bone defect model repaired with triturating limited contacted titanium net duct used as internal fixation materials. METHODS: The experiment was performed in the Osteopathic Lab of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'An Jiaotong University from March 2002 to March 2005. ①10 pairs (left and right, total: 20) of rabbit femoral bones, 10 mm complete bone defect were made in the middle of right and fixed with titanium net duct (titanium net duct fixation group), the left was untreated (simple femur group). Then they were carried out mechanics test.②48 rabbits, their femoral shaft bone defect model was established with 10 mm bone fragment cut off in the middle of left femoral. ③Two groups were divided randomly: the group of imitating bone: to fix bone defect with bionic bone MHA-bBMP plus titanium net duck; the group of titanium net duct plus iliac autograft: to fix bone defect with iliac autograft plus titanium net duct. ④The general condition, alkaline phosphates, X-ray, histopathology examination and electron microscope were observed at the 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th, 8^th and 12^th week after operation. RESULTS: Mechanics test result of titanium net duct: there was no significant difference between the axial direction maximum load of titanium net duct fixation group and simple femur group [(266.9±85.2), (249.5±96.0)N,P 〉 0.05]. This explained the fixing intensity of titanium net duct could match with normal rabbit femoral bone, All of 48 rabbits entered the result analysis. ①General result after the operation: the diet, drink and urination and defecation of experiment animals were fine and all recovered in two days. The gait was not significantly different. The tumentia in affected limbs recovered in a week and there were no deformed, flared, induration, effused and other infected evidences. ② Result of serum alkaline phosphates concentration: Two groups had insignificant difference. ③Result of X-ra
