摘　　要：目的：评价复位固定加椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法：对42例腰椎滑脱症采用复位固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗。结果：所有病例随访5．33月，平均15月，疗效优者19例，良17例，可5例，差1例，优良率85．7％。结论：RF固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症方法简单，疗效可靠。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating lumbar spendylolisthesis with modified reduction fixation （RF） system. Methods：42 eases with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with RF combining canalis spinalis decompression and posterolateral bone fusion. Results： All the patients were followed up 5 to 33 months （ with an average of 15 months）. The therapeutic effect was excellent in 19 cases,good in 17,fair in 5 and poor in 1 .The ratio of excellent and good was 85.7%. Conclusion： It is reliable and effective technique to use reduction fixation combining canal decompression and posterolateral bone fusion for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
