大鼠脾脏微量元素变化与卡氏肺孢子虫感染关系的研究

摘  要:目的探讨卡氏肺孢子虫(PC)感染对大鼠脾脏中微量元素的影响。方法51只大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每只大鼠皮下注射地塞米松2mg/次,每周2次。8周后陆续将大鼠处死,取肺组织用吉氏-瑞氏复染法检测卡氏肺孢子虫。再取脾脏,用原子吸收分光光度计测定每只大鼠微量元素含量。结果吉氏-瑞氏复染法实验组大鼠PC阳性率为51.2%,对照组未检出卡氏肺孢子虫。与对照组相比较,PC阳性组脾脏中Zn++、Mg++的含量(29.72μg/g干重、147.05μg/g干重)低于对照组(37.59μg/g干重、181.90μg/g干重,P<0.05),Cu++、Fe++、Ca++的含量(7.34μg/g干重、1052.50μg/g干重、317.21μg/g干重)变化不明显。结论卡氏肺孢子虫感染组大鼠脾脏中Zn++、Mg++含量降低,Cu++、Fe++、Ca++含量无显著性变化,提示卡氏肺孢子虫感染对脾脏微量元素变化起到一定的作用。Objective To study the effect of Pneumocystis carinii (PC) infection on the levels of five trace elements (Zn^++,Cu^++,Fe^++,Mg^++,Ca^++) in the spleen of rats. Method 51 rats were random divided into experimental group and control group. Rats in the experimental group were injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone(2 mg) twice a week and the rats in the control group were not treated. Eight weeks after injection, spleens were removed and trace metals were determined usingatomic absorption method. Lung tissue sections were stained with Wright-Giemsa's stain. Result Histochemical staining of lung tissues revealed that 51.2% of rat was infected. Infection was not observed in control rats. The level of Zn^++ (29.72 μg/g dry weight) and Mg^++ of (147.05 μg/g dry weight) in spleens of the infected rat was significantly lower than the control rat (Zn^++, 37.59μg/g; Mg^++, 181.90μg/g; P〈 0.05). No significant difference on the content of Cu^++(7.34μg/g), Fe^++ (1052.50μg/g) and Ca^++(317.21 μg/g) was observed between the experimental and control group. Conclusion The levels of Zn^++ and Mg^++ of in the spleen of PC infected rats were reduced. Pneumocystis carinii infection mightaffect the levels of trace elements in rats.
