摘  要:目的评价结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断结核病的临床应用价值。方法应用结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片检测63例结核病患者的血清标本,25份肺部其它疾病患者和健康体检者的血清标本,并与抗酸菌涂片镜检法相比较。结果结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断肺结核的敏感性和特异性分别为68.25%(43/63)和88%(22/25),阳性预测值为93.48%(43/46),阴性预测值为52.38%(22/42),阳性检出率为52.27%(46/88),显著高于抗酸菌涂片镜检法阳性率(23.86%,21/88)。结论结核分枝杆菌蛋白芯片诊断结核病,具有简便、快速,敏感性较高和特异性强等优点,是临床辅助诊断结核病的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of protein-chip for diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB). Method TB protein-chips were used to detect serum samples of 63 TB patients, 25 non-TB patients and healthy subjects. The results were compared with acid-fast bacilli staining method. Result The sensitivity, specificity, and predictive rates of the TB protein-chip were 68.25%, 88%, 93.48% and 52.38%, respectively. The positive detection rate of TB by protein-chip was higher than the acid-fast staining method (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The TB protein-chip is a simple, rapid, sensitive and specific method for the detection of TB. The TB protein-chip could be used for diagnosis of tuberculosis.
