广州市花都区吸毒人员HIV和梅毒检测分析

摘　　要：目的调查广州市花都区吸毒人员艾滋病毒(HIV)及梅毒的感染状况。方法采集2005年7～11月新入花都区戒毒所的601名吸毒人员血样,检测HIV抗体、梅毒抗体。结果601名吸毒人员中,HIV感染率为1.5%,梅毒感染率为10.82%。男女间感染HIV的差异无统计学意义,梅毒的感染率女性高于男性。结论应在吸毒人员中持续开展艾滋病、梅毒防治知识的宣传教育和干预措施,以遏制HIV、性病在吸毒人员中蔓延。Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV and syphilis infection among drug addicts in Huadu Distriet,Guangzhou. Method 601 serum samples of the drug addicts were collected in the drug therapy institute for screening from July to November in 2005. Result The positive rate of HIV and syphilis were 1.5% and 10.82%, respectively. The positive rates of HIV between genders had no difference. The positive rate of syphilis of woman was significantly hgiher than that of man. Conclusion The precaution and interference measures should eontinously implemented among the drug addicts to prevent the spread of HIV and syphilis infection.
