摘　　要：我国诉讼回避制度在司法实践中运转不甚畅顺的原因,主要是对当事人的回避申请权保障不够完善,当事人与审判人员和人民法院之间对回避信息的占有极不对称,当事人几乎无从得知审判人员应否回避的信息,更谈不上申请审判人员回避。为了改变这种局面,我国有必要参照国际商事仲裁制度,在诉讼程序中建立审判人员信息披露制度,以保障当事人的诉讼权利。Our withdrawal system currently does not run well in the judicial practice, which is caused by many reasons. One important point among these is that the parties＇ right of applying for withdrawal is not adequately supported. It is out of balance between the parties and the judicial officers in knowing the information about withdrawal. To change all this, we ought to build up our judicial officers＇ information disclosure system in the litigation procedure.
