摘 要:家兔60只,随机分成3组,每组10只供心兔,10只供血兔,采用在体循环灌注离体心脏模型,对心肌缺血后控制性再灌注压力和流量对再灌注损害的影响进行了研究。结果显示:调压控灌组(Ⅱ组)在心肌肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CPK-MB)、心肌含水量(MWC)、心肌丙二醛含量(MDA)以及超微结构检查几方面明显优于实验对照组(Ⅰ组)和恒流组(Ⅲ组)(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示:再灌注早期适当减低灌注压力和流量,有利于心肌缺血的恢复。rabbits were divided at random into 3 groups, There were 20 rabbits in each group(10 heart-supplying rabbits,10 blood-supplying rabbits). The model of the isolated rabbit heart perfused with in vivo circulation was used in this study. The effect of the controlled reperfusion pressure and outflow on the protection of ischemic reperfusion hearts was studied. The results showed that the parameters of CPK-MB, MWC, MDA and the ultrastructure of myocardium in group Ⅱ(pressure-contolled reperfusion group) were significantly better than those in group Ⅰ(expermental control group)and group Ⅲ (outflow controlled reperfusion group)(P< 0. 05). There was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ (P> 0.05). The results of the study demonstrated that the proper decrease of reperfusion pressure and outflow in the early reperfusion stage was beneficial to the recovery of the myocardium from ischemia.
