医院后勤社会化服务的探讨

摘  要:通过对医院后勤自我服务与社会化服务比较分析认为,医院后勤服务社会化是医院后勤改革的方向。医院后勤社会化服务与医院后勤自我管理比较,节省了经费开支,激活了后勤人事管理机制,提高了服务效率和质量。指出有些后勤工种还不能依赖社会化服务;医院在向社会化服务过程中,还要正确处理在编职工队伍的缩减问题,充分发挥在编职工队伍中有条件的工种向社会提供服务的功能;根据医院所处市场经济环境,规范与社会化服务组织的合同,促进后勤服务科学化。Through a comparative analysis of the self and socialized services of hospital logistics,it is concluded that the socialization of hospital seryices is the aim the reform of hospital logistics should be directed to.The socialization of hospital logistics provides many advantages:it saves money,touches off logistical mechanism of personal administration and upgrades the service efficiency and quality.It is pointed out that some services can not depend on their being socialized.In the socialization of hospital services,the problems brought about by the retrenching of workers will have to be properly solved. Those who are retained and kept in the regular payroll should be encouraged to render extra service to the community.According to the market environment the hospital is in,the contract with the socialized service units should be standardized to promote the scientification of the logistical services.
