摘　　要：目的探讨影响正常产妇产后进入执行期的因素及对产妇进行健康教育的可行性。方法采用自行设计的调查表,按Rubin分期标准对120例正常产妇产后3d的调适行为进行调查。结果执行期不同优良程度的产妇在健康教育、遵医行为、分娩方式、文化水平及职业等方面差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论加强对孕产妇及其家属的健康教育,提高其自我保健意识,可有效地促进产妇的身心健康。Objective To study the factors which have delayed the healthy lying-in women enter the taking hold stage, and then study the feasibility of using health education for these women. Methods According to the Rubin scale investigated 120 healthy lying-in women by the self-designed questionnaire within 3 days after delivery. Results The condition of enter the taking hold stage had related with the factors such as occupation, delivery method, dependence, culture background and the health educa- tion. Conclusion Emphasize the health education for lying-in women and their family members can effective improve the health condition of lying-in women.
