去乳糖饮食佐治小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨去乳糖饮食佐治小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法将66例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成二组(各33例),对照组在常规治疗基础上,采用正常饮食;观察组在常规治疗基础上,采用去乳糖饮食。结果治疗72h后,观察组及对照组总有效率分别为84.8%和60.6%(P<0.05)。平均止泻时间观察组和对照组分别为(25.5±6.2)h和(27.8±6.6)h(P<0.01)。结论去乳糖饮食佐治轮状病毒肠炎取得较好疗效。值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the effect of lactose- free feeding on infants with rotavirus gastroenteritis. Methods 66 eases with rotavirus gastroenteritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group （33 eases in each group）. Control group was continued a regular diet on conventional treatment. Observation group was administrated by lactose- free feeding on conventional treatment. Results The total effective rates were 84, 8 % and 60.6 ~ in observation and control groups, respectively（P^0.05）. The mean time of diarrhea to be cured were（25.5 ± 6.2）h and（27. 8 ± 6.6）h in observation and control groups, respeetively（P〈0. 01）, Conclusion Lactose - free feeding have improved effect on treating infants with rotavirus gastroenteritis.
