培氟沙星对化脓性皮肤病的疗效观察

摘　　要：49例脓皮病患者随机分为两组,分别口服培氟沙星800mg/日和400mg/日,5～14天。800mg/日组和400mg/日组的临床有效率与细菌清除率分别为90.0％和86.2％,70.4％和69.0％,两组均无显著差异(P>0.05),副反应率为45.0％和10.3％,两组有极显著差异(P<0.01)。药物敏感试验结果敏感菌率:培氟沙星与诺氟沙星比较无显著差异(P>0.05),与红霉素比较有极显著差异(P>0.01),培氟沙星明显优于红霉素。Forty-nine patients with pyodermas were divided into 2 groups. The patients were treated respectively with Oral pefloxacin 400mg twice daily or 200mg twice daily for 5 -14 days. There were no statistical differences between the 2 groups in clinical efficacy rates and bacterial clearance rates (P>0. 05). There were statistical differences between the 2 groups in side effects (P<0. 01). The drug sensitivity test and the bacterial sensitivity rate of pefloxacin were similar as those of nor-floxacin (P>0. 05) and more sensitive than those of erythromycin (P<0. 0.1).
