摘  要:应用PCR技术,取227例患者下生殖道赘生物分泌物或活组织进行HPV DNA检测。211例可疑HPV感染者,HPV阳性者121例(57.35%)174例次,其中48例次(27.59%)为18型,31例次(17.82%)为16型,95例次(54.60%)为11/6b型。另16例中宫颈癌7例,HPV18型者6例次,11/6b型3例次;外阴癌2例均为18型;卵巢癌2例均为18型;宫颈不典型增生1例为11/6b型。余4例HPV阴性均为与感染无关的盆腔疾病。The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique was used for detn-ting HPV 11/6b,16 and 18 in cytological samples obtained from the lower genital tract of 227 patients. Human papillomavirus (HPV) was detected positive in 121(57- 3%) of 211 patients with suspected condyloma acuminatum (CA). HPV DNA 18 was positive 48 times(27. 59%);HPV 16 was positive 31 times(17. 82%);HPV DNA ll/6b was positive 95 times(54. 60%). Sixteen cases other than gynecological diseases complicated by suspected CA including 7 cases of cervical carcinoma(HPV DNA18.6 times(ll/6b,3 times) t 2 cases of vulvar cancer(all of HPV DNA 18);2 cases of ovarian cancer(all of HPV DNA 18)and 1 case of cervical squamous cell dysplasia(HPV DNA 11/6b). The other 4 patients were all negetive for HPV DNA.
